An overnight shooting in Surrey.
A man walked up to a Mountie on King George Boulevard at 108 Avenue around midnight, claiming he had been robbed and shot.
He then lead officers to a nearby home at Bolivar Road, and told them the man responsible was inside.
Police found no one within.
The shooting does not appear to be gang-related.
The victim is in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
