A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a patient who’s walked away from the Colony Farm psychiatric hospital in Port Coquitlam.
Charles Albert Hansen was last seen wearing a blue winter jacket, a green and white long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and white runners.
Police say the 60-year old should not be approached.
