A 27 year old Victoria woman is dead after being hit by a tour bus at the intersection of Douglas and Humboldt streets in Victoria this morning.
The victim died at the scene.
The 44 year old driver immediately stopped the bus and is cooperating with police.
The bus will undergo a full inspection.
The same intersection saw a similar collision 13 years ago when a Saskatchewan couple was involved in a fatal hit and run with a tour bus.
