Police need help finding missing mentally handicapped man

Burnaby RCMP  are looking for a missing, mentally challenged, 39 year old man from the Metrotown area.

Michael Duong, 39,  was last seen Tuesday, January 22 and  on public transit headed eastbound from Kingsway Avenue and Sussex Avenue in Burnaby. At that time he was wearing a black puffy jacket, blue jeans, black shirt with yellow stripes, black boots and thick glasses.

He is described as 5’8, 180 pounds with a medium build.

Police say Duong walks and uses transit to get around.

He does not speak and has a limited understanding of both english and Vietnamese.
