VANCOUVER – Two men are in serious condition after being shot in front of a downtown Vancouver restaurant.
Const. Jana McGuinness says witnesses have reported that the men had just walked out of the eatery when a gunman approached them and started firing.
He then fled on foot and has not been located.
Police believe the men were targeted.
Officers are canvassing the area for more witnesses who may have left before speaking to police.
