Polls in Surrey are already hopping

As of 1:30 p.m., nearly 30,000 people had already cast their ballots — and that’s only five hours into the polls opening.
Chief election officer for Surrey, Jane Sullivan, says in the last municipal election in 2008, around 69,000 people voted in total.
She says some stations today, have been particularly busy.
