A prominent Vancouver couple is being taken to court by a landscaping business.
Businessman and former pro football player David Sidoo and his wife Manjy are named as defendants in the suit.
Angel Ridge Landscape claims that in March 2012, it agreed to construct garden beds, fencing, and stairs, among other things at the Sidoos’ home.
The company alleges that David has neglected or refused to pay nearly 195-thousand dollars and that he wrongfully terminated the company’s services.
David is being sued for that money.
The company also says it’s entitled to a builder’s lien against the property — owned by Manjy — for more than 125-thousand dollars.
None of the allegations have been proven in court.
