Property crime is up slighlty in the City of Vancouver, thanks to a 25-percent jump in car break-ins.
The Vancouver Police say its a reminder not to leave anything valuable in a vehicle.
But its not all bad news for crime in the city.
Violent crime is down six and a half percent compared to this time last year.
