Public inquest to be held into death of Angus Mitchell

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed a public inquest will be held into the death of Angus David Mitchell.

Mitchell was shot by police May 30th, hours after a warning went out for the public to be on the lookout for him.

Mitchell was wanted for shooting his former landlord, and was a person of interest in the shooting of two people at a Burnaby sushi restaurant.

No date for the inquest has yet been set.
