RCMP say they are planning to announce a major development in what they are calling project “E-Pana”–an investigation into 18 missing and murdered women in northern BC.
A news conference is planned for tomorrow in Surrey.
E-Pana investigators will also make themselves available to reporters in Kamloops and Pince George.
There is speculation an arrest has been made in connection with some or all of these cases.
Police aren’t confirming that, and also say they will be issuing a plea for assistance from British Columbians, Canadians and Americans.
