San Leon Energy buys B.C.-based Realm

WHITE ROCK, B.C. – British-based San Leon Energy plc has struck a deal to acquire Realm Energy International Corporation (TSXV:RLM), a British Columbia-based international shale gas explorer. The deal values Realm’s 108.5 million total shares at about $ 1.30 a share .
