Trial date set for Coquitlam woman accused of murdering ex-boyfriend

Trial dates have been set for a Coquitlam woman, charged with the murder of her former boyfriend.

Darlene Daigle will have to wait until at least Nov. 18 2013 for her case to go to trial.

Twenty days have been set aside for the matter to be heard, for the death of her ex-boyfriend.

The body of 39-year-old Peter Markus was found in a trailer park home on Cayer Street in Coquitlam in January 2010.

Daigle, now 44 years old, won’t even be back in court until next August, for a pre-trial conference.

Her case will be heard in BC Supreme Court in New Westminster by judge and jury.
