Trial involving gangster killed in Monday continues

It looks as if a trial involving now-dead gangster, Sukh Dhak will go on.

BC Supreme Court says the trial is set to continue December 3rd.

Dhak and  his bodyguard, Thomas Mantel were gunned down and killed at Burnaby’s Executive Inn hotel Monday.

Dhak was accused of producing ecstasy, conspiracy to produce it, and possession of ecstasy for the purpose of trafficking.

He was charged four years ago after an undercover operation — that police say led to the seizure of more than 2 million dollars worth of drugs, weapons, and money.

Co-accused in the case, are Baljit Pabla and Neville Rankin.
