Ahead of a looming showdown tomorrow sources within the BC Conservative Party say the situation is very fluid.
There appears to be lots of last ditch negotiating before the deadline set by the party executive for Wednesday.
The deadline says in essence that members who are calling for leader John Cummins to resign should either stop, or leave the party.
However two ‘dissident’ constituency association presidents released a counter letter today saying they aren’t going anywhere, and Cummins is the one who should be leaving.
The two will hold a news conference tomorrow but it has been delayed until 4 p-m.
Burnaby North President Ariane Eckardt says they will either have good news or bad to share at that point.
