Vancouver Police say this Halloween was pretty consistent with other years.
Sergeant Randy Fincham: “Throughout the City of Vancouver, we had numerous calls of fireworks and the associated noise complaints that we get every year.”
No major incidents though.
Fincham says having the rain was fortunate as it helped to prevent fires. He adds the rain didn’t dampen the spirit of revellers in the City’s downtown.
