A wildfire is burning fast west of Peachland.
Peachland Mayor Keith Fielding says it’s actually outside his district, so no evacuation alerts are in place for his residents at this time.
He says crews are on scene at the blaze in the upper Treppanier area, where there are some homes.
No details yet from the provincial wildfire centre on the size.
