Animal hoarding case in greater Victoria

The BC SPCA has removed 45 mini-poodles from a home in Victoria, calling it a case of 'hoarding.' SPCA spokeswomean Lorie Chortyk says the owner, living in Brentwood Bay, failed to get rid of some of the animals, as instructed by the society.
