Chinese miners dispute back before Federal Court

Hospital limping back to recovery

Surrey Memorial Hospital's still waiting for a final assessment on it's MRI machine caught up in the flood a few weeks ago. Final arguments are being heard in an attempt by BC's Auditor General to find out why taxpayers had to pick up six million dollars in legal fees for Dave Basi and Bobby Virk.
