Chilliwack man with Alzheimer’s missing

Poppy fund collection boxes swiped in Chilliwack

Chilliwack RCMP are investigating the theft of six poppy fund collection boxes from businesses along Vedder Road. The thefts occured over the past five days and were discovered when members of the Royal Canadian Legion attended to change out the boxes. Four people were able to walk away from a small plane crash in Chilliwack this afternoon. RCMP Corporal Keith Harwood says the Cessna was coming in to land around 1:00. A Chilliwack man accused of killing his wife will find out his fate next month

David Miller was deemed unfit to stand trial, after being charged in connection with his wife's murder on Boxing Day in 2009.Now a May 17th BC Review Board hearing has been set to determine whether he will be hospitalized, or released.
