Surrey woman charged in mother’s death

A 28-year-old Surrey woman has been charged in her mother's death. Homicide investigators have identified the body found last week in a basement in Fleetwood as that of 43-year-old Panagiota Zerbinos. Foul play not suspected in Skytrain death

Transit Police say foul play is not suspected in a deadly medical emergency at Metrotown Skytrain Station just before 11:30 this morning.
