Spike in drowning deaths prompts warning

The BC Coroners Service is concerned about a 50 percent spike in drowning deaths this summer. Surrey drowning victims identified

The BC Coroners' Service has confirmed the identity of a toddler and grandmother who drowned in a Surrey swimming pool on Sunday. RCMP call it a "tragic start to the summer." New date set for drowning inquest
