Richmond duplex destroyed by early morning fire

A two-storey duplex under construction in Richmond is destroyed, two other buildings are damaged, and seven people are out of those buildings after a fire early Sunday morning. RCMP to roll out early intervention program

Another move has been made by the RCMP in BC to weed out problem officers. Starting May 1st a new "early intervention program" will start tracking member behaviour.
