Man fined in HOV crash that killed two young brothers

The man responsible for an awful highway crash that killed two boys has learned his punishment in court. Saying the crash was caused by 31-year old Ryan Miller's "momentary lapse in judgement," the judge has handed him a 15 hundred dollar fine. Four high-end vehicles have been taken off the road after some early morning street racing in Metro Vancouver. They were racing westbound on the Trans-Canada toward the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge around 2:20 this morning.
