The Coast Guard has rescued three people from a yacht taking on water off the coast of Tsawwassen. Rescue Coordinator Colin Henthorne describes the situation. "It's a 37-foot yacht taking on water. A spokesperson for Fraser Health says some patients are being moved out for the time being, and people should avoid the E-R if their situation is not an emergency.
