Three people rescued from flooding yacht

The Coast Guard has rescued three people from a yacht taking on water off the coast of Tsawwassen. Rescue Coordinator Colin Henthorne describes the situation. "It's a 37-foot yacht taking on water. Flooding at Surrey Hospital E-R

A construction accident has caused flooding in the emergency room at Surrey Memorial Hospital. A spokesperson for Fraser Health says some patients are being moved out for the time being, and people should avoid the E-R if their situation is not an emergency. Several occupants of a downtown Vancouver office tower were forced out of the building because of a water leak this morning.
