Eight recommendations made following inquest into 2010 death

A coroner's jury has made eight recommendations in the RCMP shooting death of a 39-year-old North Vancouver man. Matthew Wilcox was fatally shot by a mountie in 2010, after a supposed car chase in Deep Cove. He died the next day in hospital.
