Coal transfer terminal on the Fraser River causes outrage among climate change advocates

A community meeting is being held this evening about a proposed coal transer terminal on the Fraser River in Surrey. ICBC sees spike in claims for Alex Fraser Bridge as well, possibly due to falling snow and ice

It wasn't just the Port Mann Bridge wrecking havoc with cars during wintery weather Wednesday.
