Vancouver Police are putting out a warning about a man named Denis Joseph Fabas. He was just released from prison, he poses a danger to women and children, and he's going to be living in Vancouver. Transit Police say new act to blame for high legal fees

Legal fees for Transit Police are so high because of the new Police Act. So says Spokeswoman Anne Drennan in the wake of costs released by request to the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.
