Four high-end vehicles have been taken off the road after some early morning street racing in Metro Vancouver. Criminal charges won't be layed in connection to a race on Highway 99 last Thursday. But the RCMP are referring the 2-million dollars in vehicles to the BC Civil Forfeiture Office.
