Surrey RCMP say it was a hoax. The force reported earlier this week a man may have been shoved into the trunk of a BMW outside a drug store at Surrey Central Mall. The trial of a North Vancouver realtor accused of taking part in a gang-related kidnapping is set to start Monday in Vancouver.
