Nine dead, 20 injured after Vancouver-bound tour bus crashes

Nine people are dead after a tour bus carrying 40 people crashed on Interstate 84 in Oregon Sunday morning at around 10:30 a.m. The bus had left Las Vegas and was en route to Vancouver.
