Vancouver man killed in Okanagan plane crash

The BC Coroners Service has identified the man killed in a plane crash near Brenda Mines in the Okanagan yesterday. The victim is 30 year old Jayson Dallas Wesley Smith of Vancouver. Woman drowns in Gallagher Lake in Okanagan

Flood threat decreases in the Okanagan

The snow will keep melting as spring unfolds, but regional officials say Chute Lake residents are likely safe from any more floods. Okanagan standoff ends peacefully

A man armed with a gun and a knife has surrendered peacefully to local police in the Okanagan community of Chase, east of Kamloops.
