Mayors in Vancouver and Burnaby strongly oppose a $ 5 billion expansion to Kinder Morgan's Trans Mountain Pipeline. Burnaby's Derek Corrigan says the plan to finish twinning the pipeline is a lot more ambitious than had been discussed.
