Power outage hits thousands in Richmond

A massive power outage has hit several parts of Richmond.  As of 5:30 p.m., about 25,000 BC Hydro customers are without electricity because of a problem at a Hydro substation. Shaw outage in Langley, Aldergrove due to cut cable

Shaw twitter's account is now saying crews will have to work into the night to repair a problem affecting TV and internet service in Langley and Aldergrove.
