Vancouver School Board wants to know why student numbers dropping

Body found in North Vancouver was that of missing foreign exchange student

The BC Coroner's Service says the man found dead near a hiking trail in North Vancouver yesterday was missing hiker Jasper Houben. A UBC student caught on camera after last year's Stanley Cup riot has entered a guilty plea.
