A former Transit Police officer has been charged with assault stemming from a fight outside a bar in New Westminster last summer. The Mayor of Vancouver says he and his fellow mayors are sticking to their deadline  when it comes to finding a solution on transit funding. Transit workers vote to accept pact with bus company

The Canadian Taxpayers' Federation is ripping Transit Police for looking offshore to fill at least a half dozen jobs. Report card says Transit Authority is on track to meet savings goal
