Cause of mill blast still unclear

  Worksafe BC has issued an update on its investigation into a deadly sawmill explosion in Burns Lake back in January, but the agency has no real answers yet. Cause of “Occupy” death unclear

  An autopsy on the body of 23-year old Ashlie Gough, who died Saturday at the Occupy Vancouver camp, was performed in Vancouver this morning. But the exact cause of death remains unclear.
