An x-ray has revealed the suspicious package found on a B-C Transit bus in Victoria was a t-shirt and a non-threatening note. Pedestrian killed by tour bus in Victoria

A 27 year old Victoria woman is dead after being hit by a tour bus at the intersection of Douglas and Humboldt streets in Victoria this morning. The victim died at the scene.
