Charge laid in New Westminster murder

Charges have now been laid in connection with the murder of 26 year old January Lupaz in New Westminster. Lupaz suffered stab wounds in her home, and later died in hospital. 20 year old Charles Jameson "Jamie" Neel has now been charged with second degree murder.
