Coquitlam RCMP are looking for a heartless thief. Someone has stolen a wheelchair used by a handicapped 15 year old girl. It happened on Cottonwood Avenue. Vancouver police are appealing to the public for information after a senior was left severely disabled and confined to a wheelchair.
