Aquilinis top list of WorkSafe violations

Two of the Canucks owners have been handed the highest single penalty in 2012 by WorkSafe BC. Two companies could face fines after a construction worker was killed in 2010 in Vancouver's Coal Harbour neighbourhood. Worksafe BC has released its report into the death of 28-year-old Dan Martens.
