The man responsible for an awful highway crash that killed two boys has learned his punishment in court. Saying the crash was caused by 31-year old Ryan Miller's "momentary lapse in judgement," the judge has handed him a 15 hundred dollar fine. A 12 year old girl is in critical condition in Children's Hospital after being struck by a car while trying to dart across a busy street in Richmond Wednesday afternoon. Young man found dead on Bowen Island identified

The BC Coroners Service has identified the young man found dead on Bowen Island May 20th. 19 year old Mitchell Gallivan from Vancouver was reported missing in October of 2011.
