Alan Arkin is in talks to join Peter Segal’s boxing comedy “Grudge Match” at Warner Bros. Pictures.
The story follows two aging boxers (Sylvester Stallone, Robert De Niro) who plan one final match against one another.
Arkin would play the former trainer to Stallone’s character with the latter rescuing the former from a nursing home.
Kim Basinger and Kevin Hart also star. Shooting starts early next year in Louisiana.
