Jon Hamm is in talks to play Larry David’s nemesis in an untitled and improv-based comedy partly scripted by David himself.

Miles Teller (“Footloose,” “Rabbit Hole”) will star alongside Shailene Woodley in James Ponsoldt’s “The Spectacular Now”. Shooting kicks off this Summer in Georgia.

Based on the Tim Tharp novel, Teller plays a charming and popular high school senior who lives for the moment and as a project begins to date a social outcast and realizes he has the power to permanently impact someone’s life. [Source: Deadline]

The Wolf of Wall Street
Jon Bernthal (“The Walking Dead”) has joined the cast of Martin Scorsese’s “The Wolf Of Wall Street” which also stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill.

Bernthal will play a drug dealer and money launderer. Shooting kicks off in New York in August. [Source: Deadline]

Paranoia
Amber Heard has been cast in Robert Luketic’s long-gestating corporate espionage tale “Paranoia”. Heard will play the female lead in the movie based on Joseph Finder’s novel.

Liam Hemsworth stars a young office worker who throws a lavish retirement party for a colleague with company funds, and ends up blackmailed into infiltrating a rival company’s top secret project. Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman also star. [Source: Digital Spy]
