Catherine Hardwicke (“Twilight,” “Red Riding Hood”) is in discussions to direct the 1960’s-set British gangster flick “Diamond” at Derby Street Films says Screen Daily.
Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse (“Frankie & Alice”) are penning the script. No further details on the story or script are forthcoming and no-one has been cast as yet.
Nicola Horlick will produce and shooting aims to commence next year. Hardwicke is currently casting her next movie, the erotic thriller “Plush”.
