Some zombies sustained real life injuries on the set of “Resident Evil: Retribution” on Tuesday according to News.com.au.
During the film’s shooting at the Cinespace Film Studios, the extras were filming a scene on a high wheeled platform. The platform moved as they were going to another platform, leaving a gap into which the zombies fell
Twelve victims were taken to a hospital but none of the injuries were considered life-threatening. That wasn’t first apparent to rescue workers however who arrived on the scene where the gory zombie costumes made it difficult for crews to assess the severity of the actors’ injuries.
Meanwhile some more new additions have been made to the cast with Chinese actress Li Bingbing (“Forbidden Kingdom,” “1911”) joining the film playing fan-favorite game character Ada Wong.
