Bruce Willis is reportedly confirmed to be onboard for “RED 2”, a sequel to Robert Schwentke’s recent action comedy about retired assassins reports Deadline.
As of a few weeks ago Summit still hadn’t made deals with any of the stars so no word on which of the previous cast members would return. A director is also required and with Schwentke busy with “R.I.P.D.”, it now looks like “Sahara” and “The Crazies” director Breck Eisner has been mentioned as a candidate.
Summit and Willis both hope to film the project before Willis flies to Russia to shoot the next “Die Hard”.
