Harvest is based on the real-life experience of the playwrights parents, who moved from their farm into the city and rented their farmhouse to a lovely couple who used it to grow marijuana. Faced with extensive damage, Allan and Charlotte are turned away by their insurance company and must confront the possibility of financial ruin. As they wait for news on the fate of the family home, they realize their misfortune has helped them rediscover their love for one another. Moving, thought provoking and very, very funny.
