Featuring an accomplished panel of Canadian food writers, this fundraiser promises to be both informative and delicious! On the panel are Food Network host Anna Olson, Globe and Mail restaurant critic Alexandra Gill, and editor and founder of Scout Magazine Andrew Morrison. With canapés and bar service provided by Westcadia Catering.
All proceeds go directly to the KidSafe Writers Room, a charitable program that works with inner-city kids in East Vancouver to build lifelong literacy skills through creative writing projects, tutoring and mentorships. Writers Room volunteer tutors provide one-on-one support so that each child receives the attention that he or she deserves.
