After graduating with a Finance degree, he spent three years as an investment banker. Watching the 2010 Olympics, Kevin was inspired to compete again. So, he quit his job and is now training full time to become a member of Canada’s National Long Track Speed Skating Team.

Dave is an agile coach and entrepreneur, bringing together a passion for technology, startups and just plain getting things done. As the head of agile42 in North America, he helps companies scale and liberate their potential by creating flexible, lean organizations that delight their customers. Dave will share some of the exciting things happening in the emerging space of crowdfunding for startups.
