MEC is a council that brings Senior Management and owners of manufacturing firms together for an invigorating exchange of information, ideas and insights. Members meet monthly in facilitated peer groups from non-competing companies and share best practices as well as troubleshoot issues relating to the manufacturing industry. The peer group model ensures a high level of commitment and accountability. They delve into candid, solution-seeking discussions focused on executive level issues — the challenges and pressures unique to top-level management in the manufacturing sector.
